About the project
Orka náttúrunnar serves homes and businesses across Iceland. We designed and developed ON’s website, customer portal and sales flow. The project covered both the introduction to its services and the routes people take to buy them and manage their accounts.
For new and existing customers
The project brought different customer journeys into the same website. Visitors need to understand the services and move through a purchase, while existing customers need to reach their portal and manage their accounts. We designed and developed those journeys as part of the same project.
